The 2009 Atlanta Holiday House
The home on Ridgewood Road in Buckhead featured an indoor basketball court and a terrace level with an aquarium bar. It was featured on every television news station in Atlanta, including the ABC, NBC, CBS, and FOX affiliates. Never in Atlanta history had a charity show house been featured on every major television news outlet. In addition, the home was featured in a huge spread in the Atlanta Journal Constitution.
Raising Money For Charity
The home featured 13 of the city’s finest interior designers. It was open for tours that raised more than $200,000 for charity. Steven West designed and built the home, selected the designers, and coordinated the charitable giving. It was a monumental task, but Steven West was determined to help the Atlanta community which had supported him and helped him to become such a successful builder.
